Costco Instagram Contest Rules

Costco Hunks Haul Contest Overview: Consumers are invited to share their ‘Hunks Haul’ on Instagram when they complete the eligibility requirements listed below.

How to enter/win:

Entrants must:

• “Like” any E&C’s Costco Instagram post and tag another account (their “friend”)
• Create an Instagram post which shares their Costco shopping experience by either (or both) posting:  
• An image of the E&C’s Snacks Heavenly Hunk product
• An Instagram story of the E&C’s Snacks Heavenly Hunk product
• Each post must tag @eandcssnacks and include #CostcoHunksHaul

Prize(s): a Giftbox (of E&C’s choosing) will be sent to the winning contestant(s) within 4 weeks of the completion of the contest (the contest will end by approximately February 1, 2019)

Details:

• E&C Snacks will direct message potential winning consumer(s) at the end of the contents via Instagram.  
• Contestants must respond within 48 hours, providing their real name, email or other contact information, physical mailing address, Instagram account information, verification that they are 18 years or older, and verification that they are willing to have their winning post (and Instagram account name) shared by E&C’s Snacks.
• Any misleading, incomplete, or incorrect information will result in the entry being eliminated from consideration.  
• E&C’s has full discretion on choosing the winning consumer(s) and winning requires all eligibility requirements have been fulfilled (see below).
• E&C’s has permission to save/screenshot every post which participates in the contest and use it for future marketing purposes (online or offline).
• Winner(s) will be announced by E&C’s Snacks in January or February of 2019. 

This “contest” is defined as a campaign in which effort, skill, or merit, is required to enter to win a prize.

Eligibility Requirements:

In this contest, each contestant is required to:

1. “Like” E&C’s Snacks Instagram post and tag another account (a ‘friend’) on that post
2. Upload a picture, video, or Instagram story on their personal Instagram account - including E&C’s Snack “Heavenly Hunks” product
3. Include the following in the post:  @eandcssnacks and include #CostcoHunksHaul in their post
4. Respond to E&C’s Snacks Direct Message with the information required below

Additional Details:

• Criteria:  The winner(s) will be determined by E&C’s Snacks based on their own discretion related to 4 factors:
• All entry requirements listed above are completed
• The Instagram post is of high quality and includes E&C’s Snacks Heavenly Hunks product
• The post aligns with E&C’s Snacks and Heavenly Hunks brands
• The user’s overall account aligns with E&C’s Snacks and Heavenly Hunks brands
• The element of chance does not exist in this contest.
• Purchase of E&C’s Snacks or any other product is not necessary and purchase does not increase the chance of winning
• Void where prohibited - the contestant is responsible for ensuring their own eligibility based on their local laws
• Eligibility requirements - winners must be 18 years of age and be a resident of the United States.  
• Odds of winning are directly dependent on the number of total entries.
• E&C’s Snacks will select at least one winner, and can independently determine exactly how many winners to select based on the number of qualifying entries.
