Our Partnership with Little Wishes is close to our hearts. Casey’s niece was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome and has been in and out of the hospital since she was born. When we saw firsthand just how isolated and scared a child feels when they’re in the hospital fighting for their life. We knew we wanted to start dedicating our time and resources to help take the children's minds off whatever illness they’re in the hospital for and hopefully brighten their stay. We want the children to feel cared about and loved just like we do with our families. Through Little Wishes, we are able to help #sharethelove with all of the tough cookies, especially those in the Cardiovascular Care Center at Children's Minnesota.
On February 8th, Children's Minnesota presented their first wish to one of their ridiculously amazing patients Marcus. Marcus is 18 years old and has been in and out of their Cardiovascular Care Center since he was born. Marcus wished for some merch from the AMP Group and The Joker Funko Pop figurine.
We cannot wait to see many more moments of joy unfold right in our backyard. We will make sure to share these little moments with you, our hunk family, right here on our blog.
