Hunk Squad Member Spotlight: Cort

Cort has been a part of the Hunk Squad since the very begining. Her love for family and fitness and of course Hunks makes her an amazing part of the Hunks Squad. Get to know her below.

I’m a busy married momma of 3 beautiful kids. I love fitness, fashion and makeup (I am also a local Makeup Artist).

Our family loves being active and spending time outdoors on our boat.

I’ve always loved working out, I grew up as a gymnast. Eating healthy was something that started when our daughter, at 7 years old, got diagnosed with Type One Diabetes and Celiacs disease. We had to learn how to count carbs and look at labels. I then got really into counting macros and have been loving the results of that! I love being able to fit in foods that I enjoy.

I think it’s important to start small and set realistic goals. Maybe just start with drinking more water and less pop or even add in more proteins and veggies into your diet. The small victories are so important. But also allow yourself treats here and there because moderation is key. I love the 80/20 rule. It helps me keep my sanity.

I think finding a gym where you can bring your kids with has been so helpful for me. My kids get their energy out and play with other kids while I get my time in at the gym. I think it can be super beneficial if you can find a friend or family member who wants to join you also. This helps to keep you accountable and motivated.

For a couple years now! My friend found a package at a store and had us try it and we have been OBSESSED! They are our families favorite treat, it’s like a healthy cookie dough chunk and it is gluten free so our daughter can enjoy them too!

Oatmeal White Chip

At night for sure! I have a huge sweet tooth so I love to have them before bed while I’m watching TV. They are also a great to have as a quick snack on the go.
